If I can give you one piece of advice, it is to LEARN HOW TO START KETO THE RIGHT WAY.

Meaning don’t just google “what foods are high in fat” and run to the store. (Or order on InstaCart post-2020.) Don’t order triple bacon cheeseburgers without the bun and cross your fingers.

That’s exactly what I did when I first tried keto eating and in less than a week I was nauseous, my skin was breaking out, and I was - gasp - gaining weight. I had no idea what macros worked best for me. I had no idea how to plan meals that supported weight loss and good health. I don’t know about you, but I didn’t start keto just to lose weight. I wanted to be the healthiest version of my minimalist self as possible.

Educate yourself on how to eat keto.
