Starting a keto diet can be overwhelming and confusing when you are starting out. You know you are supposed to eat lots of fat (hooray for ribeyes and hunks o’ cheddar!) but what about veggies? Do you have to check your ketone levels daily and how do you even do that? Beginners might not know what to do if the dreaded keto flu strikes, or if it’s ok to eat an occasional French fry.

Even more intimidating can be planning keto meals that help you reach your goals and your macros, and that the rest of the family enjoys, without hiring a private chef or spending a f*ck ton of time in the kitchen.

I’ve created this Keto Resource Page for Beginners. And for minimalists like myself who don’t want to get overwhelmed with too many rules, gear, or recipes. If you are just starting keto, or if you need to declutter excess keto “baggage,” you are in the right spot.
