This is a great keto dip for a potluck, holiday, or for snacking while watching Netflix. It has the delicious flavor of a Reuben sandwich in a filling, keto-friendly dip. Serve with pork rinds or raw veggies.

How to cook Hot and Zesty Keto Reuben Dip

  1. Press the sauerkraut between paper towels to remove most of the liquid. 
  2. Combine sauerkraut with all remaining ingredients. Mix well.
To serve cold:
  1. That's it! Serve as-is with sliced raw veggies and/or pork rinds.
To serve hot:
  1. MICROWAVE - Spoon dip into glass pie plate or microwave-safe bowl and microwave for 2 minutes on high.
  2. BAKE - Spoon dip into glass pie plate or oven-safe dish and bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes until hot and bubbly.
  3. STOVETOP - Cook over medium heat until heated through.
  4. CROCKPOT - Cook on high for 2 hours or low for 4 hours.
